Once the product has been delivered by us, all EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use, as well as the below Exchange & Return Policies. We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you are unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning any defect in the product, we will be happy to initiate an Exchange or Refund.
1. Exchange & Return Process
MriyaINC offers its customers an easy Exchange/Return Policy, where you can raise an Exchange/Return request of products purchased on www.mriyainc.com. The return request is required to be made within 48 hours after delivery and the exchange request is required to be made within 10 days of delivery of the product(s). We also accept partial returns where you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order. However, partial return shall not mean breaking garment sets like the saree and the blouse being separated. Once you receive the product, please make sure you make an unboxing video for the same so as to have a video & photo proof which will be required in case on any refunds or claims.
You can send the garment to our registered address along with a note mentioning the alterations. Once the garment reaches us, we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return
o The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end. Yes, tags should also remain intact for acceptance of return.

o Returns & Exchanges are allowed with products of the same or higher price.
3. Exchange & Return - Online
You are requested to login to your user account on www.mriyainc.com and place an exchange and/or return request from the “My Orders” section.
We will initiate a return pick up once your request is received. The product should be properly wrapped, and you must ensure that the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact.
Return Pick-up facility for exchange is available in selected locations, depending on the courier services in the said location. If you choose to schedule a pick-up –
o Properly wrap the product in a packet
o Do not seal the packet
o Keep the packet ready and open, to quicken the pickup process
The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:
o It should contain the weight of the returned product
o Origin (residential/office) address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned
o The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written
o The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not go past the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company
2. Cancellation & Refund
An easy cancellation process is available for all our valued customers:
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, by going into the My Accounts section of www.mriyainc.com and placing a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order (or before product dispatch, whichever is earlier) and your Entire order amount will be refunded to the source of the payment.
Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:
(i) Genuine quality issues
(ii) Packages lost in transit
(iii) If a wrong item has been delivered to you
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
(i) Design and colour variations
(ii) Return of goods made to order
(iii) Products returned in a used or damaged condition

Transactional Disputes if any, would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India. We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the pre-set mutual limits agreed by them with their bank.
